well not really by I had to title this something and its late and I'm knacked but I have an early flight to catch.

OKay I'm healing, legs still look bad, the left mroe than the right, can't stop wanting to scratch but know it will only make it worse, have failed on this a couple of times.
Head is better, hair growing back. Actually rather unexpected suprise really, its growing back White which might look very cool on me. So its not all bad.

Off to Spain in about 5 hours, well out the house and to the airport anyway. It seems I've been persudaded to take a beach/relaxing/non working holiday for a bit, still banaged up a bit so this should be interesting. It's the Island of Majorca/Mallorca. Been before when I was younger staying in the mostly German area so this time staying in Palma and there's a "Club" there so at least there's something late night.

After that heading to Kentucky to see people and maybe sort out some Non-work Work.

Be back in London around 20-25th of this Month but then off to Greece for a week in September. Promised my Father i'd lend a hand on this new project of his and i'm not paying for anything flight/accomodation/food/expenses to woot! Think Harvard University are paying, not sure have to check when back.

I'm not sure if I've packed certain things so going to do that now, still haven't gotten round to getting a new Camera after losing the one in Germany so might get one at the Airport.

Its 12:30 i've just turned  23, my legs look like something I once made for a low budget horror flick and i'm knackered. I don't know what the Day will bring. Oh and after watching the various American news networks over the past few days the best one to offer the least bias and actually interesting news would be Naked News. I'm not sure if thats really bad or not.


I'm going to bed.

I'm able to walk now, well sort of and my legs are completetly red from the lower thigh down to the ankle and all well not nice. But the pain has subsided a fair bit. The top of my head is still fairly red i'm told (I don't want to look in the mirror to see yet) and the hair loss if rather bad. I'm told it will take 6 months to grow back so rather than having it in patches I might just get it shaved off when its safe and let it all grow back together.

The problem is now I am really really bored, I can't really go out and i've just spent most of my time watching films. Currently on a Music Film bent - Blues Brothers, O Brother Where Out Thou etc

Managed to go visit the other guys Yesterday, there doing better. Both look a lot worse than I but all bandaged up. Some very cute girls in those odd uniforms wondering around the Hospital.

I've been promised a Weeks holiday in either Spain or Greece when I'm fit enough so ill be back after that.

Sucks really, miss seeing you lot and going out oh and Drinking of course - conflicts with the Meds apparantly.

And the worst things is the accident ruined my boots I was wearing. I'd only had them a month, but they did stop anything happening to my feet so it's not all bad.

Edit: Ooh trying out some new snazzy tech bits for work on this laptop including portable vid equipment and other stuff including a new IP Masking program.

Work's picked up, thank god. I was getting bored milling around doing well not a lot. And good thing to i'm rapidly running out of money, it's slump time in the Art Depmartment Bis so it looks like quiting Work and making that my full time occupation ain't gonna happen anytime soon, it's far to unstable and unrealible that ill have to stick at drowning in World Affairs and Drastic Action for the mean time.

Into London on Thursday then. Meetings and organising things, not the fun part of work but its something to do and it leads to the more interesting parts eventually. Eesh you leave any part of anything you do to someone else for the slightest amount of time and it all comes collapsing down around you.

Edit: Popped into The Dev after finishing Christmas shopping and seeing as the last time I was there was the first day "under new Management" and... meh. 
From what I saw basically all they have done is sand done the floors and paint the walls black no? It also seems to be some sort of Time share scheme where during the day its a normal/rock pub and as 7pm approaches the Alts/Goths filter in, the music changes and the "other people" leave.

or beginning to the start of the week either way. Now all that needs to happen is for something to explode.

I'm going to go take it out on a Mannequin.

Ill be in the Dev from around 7pm, I fancy wondering round Camden a bit see if they have started on any of the changes yet. Would be nice to see people for Drinks that I didn't say bye to before I left. 
I won't be back until the first week of October after and its only for a couple of days then i'm back well "Home"  but I do have plans to be in L.A. for Halloween, well the 27th anyway (I would like to be back home for the 31st, The Last Dance are on).

Right i've got so sort out some stuff to take back with be and then i'm out.

Well that didn't last very long, I wanna comed back. The US is boring me and i've become even more English, if I start wearing football strips, I need to be put down.

On the bright side I have found some very good Deathrock bands I actually like and could listen to more than 1 song by.

Right breakfast then er... something I might get the train to New York and er drink.

I can't sleep properlay lately, I need to drink more or less or something..

So i've done with Cyberpunk stuff for a while and getting Wild Palms on DVD as my last thing to finish on the subject so far, so its onto steampunk.

This was brought on by playing WarMachine 5 times over the weekend and losing only once to I find I really rather enjoy the idea of SteamPunk which i really didn't much before (always thought of it as no style, i mean how can something made ot iron and powered by giant steam tanks be stylish) .

I picked up a copy of SteamBoy, a Riverworld DVD of Sci-fi Channels attempt to do Farmer's Riverworld. I'll wonder round the bookshops and otherplaces tommorrow morning before I leave and see if I can find anything else.



Edit: Come to think of it I actually have a fair bit of stuff that could be steampunk, Against The Day by Thomas Pynchon, Anna Dracula and some other stuff by Kim Newman, Imperial Moon by Chris Bulis, LXG stuff etc. Eh Ill have a look on Wikipedia and see what it says. Though really I prefer my Steampunk running along the lines of Technomancy so some Magic and Fantasy stuff thrown in for good masure.
